About Brut Rosé Champagne
This copper-colored beauty offers deep cherry, butterscotch candy and pastry-shop aromas, with whiffs of cinnamon and nutmeg. Cherry and croissant-pastry flavors are kept in check with a slight mineral tang; in the mouth, it's medium-weight, with medium bead. Finishes with complex caramel-chalk flavors. "Dig it," wrote one reviewer, who cautioned that it might be too elegant.
