About Origine Crozes-Hermitage

This Northern Rhône Syrah comes from gravel and alluvial soils in Crozes-Hermitage, offering a balance of freshness and structure. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and violet are layered with cracked pepper, olive, and subtle smoky notes. The palate is medium-bodied and focused, showing dark berry fruit, plum, and savory spice framed by fine tannins and bright acidity. Polished and food-friendly, it finishes with hints of pepper and mineral lift typical of Northern Rhône Syrah. Excellent with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, charcuterie, or mushroom dishes.
