Il Ripassa di Zenato è un Valpolicella prodotto con la tecnica del Ripasso sulle vinacce dell'Amarone. Nasce da uve Corvina, Rondinella e Oseleta e viene lasciato affinare per 18 mesi in tonneau. Corposo e intenso, si apre con un bouquet di piccoli frutti rossi che si alternano a nuance ammandorlate. In bocca è strutturato e sapido, vellutato e di buona persistenza
