About Grange
Überwiegend Shiraz aus Barossa und McLaren Vale, der kleine Anteil Cabernet kommt vom kühleren Clare Valley, komplett ausgebaut in neuer amerikanischer Eiche, daher der Vanilleduft. Am Gaumen Himbeere, schwarze Kirsche, auch Zartbitterschokolade, seidige Textur, ganz feine Tannine, die reife Säure, die alles perfekt ausbalanciert – wow! Eine Legende mit riesigem Potenzial.
