La robe de ce Mouton Rothschild 2004 reste encore très soutenue, avec de beaux reflets, ce millésime souvent décrié est ici bien réussi, lorsqu’au premier coup de nez on flaire ces accents de cassis et d’épices qui se fondent de la plus belle des façons. L’attaque en bouche est voluptueuse et le vin prend progressivement ses aises avec un tanin profond et raffiné. La finale rayonne comme il faut, c’est tout ce qu’on attend d’un Mouton Rothschild réussi qui justifie ici son classement.
